Our grass-only tent pitches are very popular with our customers, so it's best to book early to avoid disappointment.
Nightly pitch fees include two adults and one vehicle (children aged five and under stay for free). Charges apply for additional people. We allow gazebos, porches, or standard awnings for an extra fee. Parking for one car is available next to your tent. Two well-behaved pets are permitted at no extra cost.
Check-in: from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs. Check-out: by 12:00 hrs.
Please note we are not able to provide electricity supply to tents at this time.

Looking for a little more luxury and ease of living? Our holiday homes are perfect for families, with one double and one twin bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed available. These are easily managed units with excellent facilities.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00 hrs. Check-out: by 10:00 hrs.
The homes are equipped with everything you require for a comfortable stay.

Old School House Flat
The newly renovated Old School House Flat is now available. Situated at the popular surfing beach of Sandend which has its own stunning coastal pathways. On the East Coast 250 Route and close to the start of the North Coast 500 Route it is ideal for golfing breaks, wildlife and sea life watching, photography trips and also as a base for varied cycling and walking excursions. It is very near the whisky trails of Speyside.
